About Us

Who is Ambasador Coffee Service?

We are a second-generation family run business founded in Regina, SK in 1988. We may be smaller than you think! We currently employ 10 staff. All profits stay in Saskatchewan.

What is our Service Area?

The land of living skies – Saskatchewan. Which as you know is a beautiful province with a spread out population so we offer personal service with our team to a fair amount of cities and towns and Purolator Courier helps out with the rest.

Do you offer catering services?

No we do not but there are some really great options on this page!


What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Food Product Return Policy: Any items that do not meet your satisfaction for any reason may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Product Return Policy: Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Products that are faulty within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full or partial refund based solely at our discretion. We do not offer warranty coverage on any equipment, gear and non-food products. Please register any purchases with the manufacturer to ensure you receive any applicable warranty coverage. Any applicable manufacturer warranty coverage will become void if you fail to use soft water and neglect cleaning and maintenance as outlined in your owner's manual.

Do you support local charitable events?

Yes. Please email your request to us. Be sure to include the event details and the cause it is supporting as well as your customer number. We will review each submission and do our best to support the event any way we can. Email:


Do you offer water filtration on coffee systems?

​A great cup of coffee comes from perfect, clean and filtered water. We provide water filters on any of our equipment that is plumbed in for that perfect tasting cup of joe.’

Do you clean the equipment you loan to us?

Exterior cleaning of coffee makers and cleaning of serving vessels is the responsibility of the customer - but we do offer some industry specific cleaners that make that job easy! Clean serving vessels make for some delicious coffee.

How much is equipment rental?

Free! Free! Free! Purchase all your coffee products from us and enjoy shiny, modern equipment free of charge. This include repairs to mechanical breakdowns.
