Why isn’t this product available in my delivery area?

If you are outside of Regina and area, there are certain things that we cannot ship with courier, such as dairy products or items with easily damaged packaging.  You are always welcome to pick up orders at our warehouse – just use our postal code when shopping to enable adding products to your cart, and select “Pick-up @ ACS” during check-out.

I am in Regina, but products still say they are unavailable – the most likely cause is the postal code entered when you first visited the site. You can find the first three digits of your postal code in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

I had an item in my cart, but it was removed when I entered my shipping address – check to make sure the postal code in the top right corner matches the shipping address.

My postal code is entered accurately, and I still cannot purchase an item – if you changed your postal code at any point while visiting the site, you may just need to add the items to your cart again (if they were removed). It may also help to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
