All orders placed through ambcoffee.ca, Caliber Coffee Roasters, and Ambassador Coffee Retail are shipped from the Ambassador Coffee Service warehouse in Regina, Saskatchewan. The ACS fulfillment team is small but mighty – each order is processed manually by the order desk before being released to the warehouse team, where it is picked and packaged by hand. The fulfillment team will let you know when your order is released, fulfilled, and once it leaves our warehouse for delivery.
Ambassador Coffee Service processes orders from 7:30 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Please note that orders received after 2 PM may not be processed until the following business day, particularly during the busy season.

Please note that we are unable to ship perishables or certain liquids to all locations.
Please be aware that there may be extra costs associated with shipping certain products or shipping to difficult to access addresses. When that arises we will contact you with a quote for your approval.

EXPRESS SHIPPING & RUSH DELIVERY #
We can accommodate express LOCAL delivery with enough notice. For same day delivery, orders must be placed no later than 11AM and may be subject to a rushed delivery charge of $5.
Courier-shipped orders are limited to the express options available from the carrier and will be subject to an express delivery fee of $15.

- Local Delivery – We offer next-business-day delivery from Monday – Friday to your home or business in Regina and area.
- Local Pick-up – Orders are available for pick-up during regular business hours at Caliber Coffee Roasters, Ambassador Coffee Service, and Ambassador Coffee Retail. If you would like to pick your order up at a specified time or date, please let us know in the order notes on the checkout page. We will notify you about which of our locations your order will be held for pick-up when we email to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.
Within Saskatchewan:
- Courier – Courier orders typically ship next-business-day with 1-3 days lead time depending on location. Tracking information will be provided when your order leaves the warehouse. We ship orders with Purolator and Canada Post.
