FOR EQUIPMENT ON LOAN (EOL)
Ambassador will maintain the mechanical functions of the equipment. Replacement parts and labour will be provided at no cost to the Customer unless damages are deemed to be the direct result of failing to perform the user tasks or the direct result from misuse or abuse of the equipment.
Customer agrees to perform all routine user care tasks to ensure the equipment is kept clean and sanitary. Routine user care tasks can be found at User Care – Ambassador Coffee Service (ambcoffee.ca)

FOR CUSTOMER OWNED EQUIPMENT (COE)
Ambassador is committed to servicing and repairing equipment sold by Ambassador Coffee Service, Caliber Coffee Roasters, and Ambassador Coffee Retail to the fullest extent that we can. We ask that you please go through our request and approval process as there are certain products that we are unable or unauthorized to service, in which case we will pursue a solution through the product manufacturer.
